We will collect your name, address and email. This information is standard for us to be able to send your package to you, and also send you an email notification that the package has been sent or that an order has been placed.

Like any other business, we need to know the results of various marketing campaigns. We use cookies to know how a client found us on the internet. The cookies contain no information about you. Our cookies are set to expire within 90 days.

Your Information

When you place an order with our company, an account is created with the same information you provided except for the credit card. That information is stored in our secure server for faster ordering next time. If you want to see the information we have about you, you can simply log into your account.

Credit Card Security

We use Secure Socket Layer SSL which is an industry standard encryption method to protect the information you send to us via our site. We use RAPIDSSL which is a leader provider of SSL.

Information Share

Here at Pine Cigars we believe in protecting our customer’s information therefore we DO NOT sell or share any of our client’s personal information.

Payments

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover)

Returns

All items are inspected before leaving our warehouse; however we do understand things happen on the way so if your package is damaged or if you ordered the wrong products please let us know within 48 after receiving the items and we will send you a return label for you to return the products.

Once those items are received we will send you the correct items or issue the proper credits minus shipping charges.

Coupons

We at Pine Cigars understand the need for coupons; we do send coupons often via email or through our fan page in Facebook and Twitter. Please be advised that the coupons are only valid for when you place an order online and cannot be used on prior purchases. Coupons cannot be used with any other offer and coupons cannot be use for items on sale or with items that have quantity discounts.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a Pine Cigars product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Pine Cigars reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Pine Cigars reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Pine Cigars shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
